Vilnius. One day

I had an opportunity to visit the capital of our neighbour Lithuania - Vilnius. I spent there from 6.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on 3d March. It wasn't long enough, but I found this city interesting.

Early morning, somewhere between darkness and light.

It was Kaziukas, "the start of Spring" Day. So we were lucky to see the fair and buy some interesting stuff.

On Saturdays all the cafes are closed till 10 a.m. But we were so cold, so the only place we could go was Mc'Donalds. Funny, right? But we were surprised. Unlike in Belarus, lithuanian McCafe was a nice place to have a coffee and sweet doughnut (Actually, we don't even have McCafe here) ;)

Quick phone photos. Couldn't wait longer :)

Right after we continued our trip. We walked almost throught the whole city.

At the end we visited big mall Akropolis. I couldn't passed these delights.

Traditional lithuanian cake Sakotis

So 12 hours spent in the road worth it. We did have a great time and hope we'll be back again.
